Practical, reflective, evidence-informed supervision that supports safe practice, professional growth, and wellbeing for HIPs, counsellors, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, health coaches, and other allied health professionals.
- Individual Clinical Supervision — 50 minute sessions focused on case management, clinical decision-making, ethical dilemmas, and reflective practice.
- Group Supervision — 60-90 minute sessions for small groups (4–8) for peer learning, shared case reflection, and team development.
- Hybrid Delivery — In-person in Wellington region or online where it suits you
- Membership and CPD Support — Assistance with documentation, reflective records, and CPD planning.
- Crisis and On-Call Debriefing — Short-notice debrief sessions after critical incidents or high-stress events, as and when you need.
